Single kit orders can be shipped via standard or express methods, while orders of more than one kit are automatically shipped via express international courier. Return shipping consists of detailed FedEx shipping instructions and information, packaging, a pre-paid airbill, and export documentation.
For international shipping, customs duties are included in the international shipping cost; however, if you live in one of the Non Delivery Duties Paid countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, or Moldova - the recipient of the order is responsible for paying the customs duties assessed.
When returning your saliva sample to our lab, it is important to know that your sample must be returned using the prepaid shipping materials included with your kit, and must be used in and returned from the same country listed on your order. The documentation included with your international order is vital towards ensuring the uninterrupted acceptance and transport of your sample to the lab. If you have lost your replacement shipping materials, we will ship you replacements free of charge. Replacement shipping materials can only be sent to the same shipping country as the original order.
